Korean Dessert : Let's try Korean Summer Ice dessert
Have you heard about Korean Dessert "Patbingsu" ? Or have you already tried this?
It is a Korean shaved ice dessert with sweet toppings.
It looks like a huge snow mountain in a bowl decorated with colorful fruits, sweet red beans and rice cake pieces.
Patbingsu is most popular snack food found almost everywhere in Korea during the summer. But recently there are various types for Patbingsu.

* Ingredients
10-15 ice cubes
¼ cup milk
1 scoop of your favorite ice cream
¼ cup of cereal
½ cup fruit cocktail
1-2 kiwi fruits, chopped into small triangles
½ cup watermelon, chopped into cubes
¼ cup injeolmi (rice marshmallow)
¼ cup red bean adjuki sherbet
* Note: You can alter the topping ingredients, fruits, or ice cream to whatever you want
1. In case you do not have an ice shaver, you can use a blender. First, crush ice and then blend the ice together milk, and syrup.
2. Separately arrange fruit in sections on top of ice mixture, leaving space for the red bean sherbet and cereal.
3. Add the red bean sherbet and cereal.
4. Put the ice cream on top of the dessert.
5. Sprinkle rice cake marshmallows around the dish.
