Introduction of Various Korean Food - Expo Milano 2015 begun on 1st May.



The Expo Milano 2015​, with the theme of “Feeding the Planet, Energy for Life” has finally begun on May 1st.

The Korea Pavilion is planning to introduce the healthy and natural Korean food culture under the theme of “Hansik, Food for the Future: You are What You Eat.”

For the Korea Pavilion’s opening ceremony, Mr. Kim Jong Deok, the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism and Mr. Rhee JaeSung, the Chair of the Korea Pavilion Steering Group attended along with hundred or so participants, including the Italian Ambassador and Italian citizen representatives and more showing a successful opening ceremony of the Korea Pavilion.


The Expo Milano is scheduled to run from May 1st until October 31st.

Bulgogi : Beef meat dish with sweet sauce
Samgyeopsal : Roast Pork dishes like bacon
Chicken (with beer) : fried chicken more crunchier & less greasy than typical American fried Chicken
Galbi : Meat grilled dish
Bibimbap : Mixed rice with seasoned vegetables, Korean chili pepper paste and so on

These are introduced very well at The Korea Pavilion in The Expo Milano.
